Zamfara : The ongoing nationwide hunger protest in Zamfara State took a violent turn on Monday as protesters blocked major roads, destroying and looting properties in Gusau, the state capital.

Imo : Tragedy struck again in Imo State on Saturday evening when some gunmen reportedly shot dead the President-General of Umucheke Okwe autonomous community in Onuimo Local Government Area of Imo State, Hyginus Ohazurike.


Advisory : Intensify investigations and gather intelligence to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. Engage with local leaders and community members to foster trust and cooperation with law enforcement. Implement community policing strategies and establish conflict resolution


💊 Drug Trafficking/Drug Abuse


Lagos : Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency arrested 12 persons suspected of possessing illicit drugs hidden in Cerelac baby food tins, clothes, and bodies of vehicle compartments destined for the United States and the United Kingdom at Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) and a courier firm in Lagos.


Advisory : Increase monitoring and screening procedures at airports and courier firms. Enhance cooperation between NDLEA, customs, and international drug enforcement agencies to track and dismantle drug trafficking networks.

Kano : The Nigeria Police Force announced the arrest of Ahmed Tailor, accused of sponsoring and distributing Russian flags to protesters in Kano State.
